all Yays no Nays

Sadly, the weekend has once again come to a close. As i sit here, "doing homework", i can already feel the stress of the week creeping in. (Sketch book. Moby Dick. Scarlet Letter Paper. boo
Reflecting on the passing weekend, i thought it would be nice to touch on a few 'yays', if you will, of the two-and-a-half days of freedom awarded to me at the end of each week.
((Pause. I have a problem. I'm addicted to making lists. For those of you who have read the few posts i have contributed to this joint blog, clearly can see this growing and unbreakable habit! I just wanted to halt and publicly apologize for my actions. Also, the lists wont be stopping. I like them...secretly. So. sorry...))
the goods.
As you can see, it was neon out at the tca football game friday night.

Although our beloved trojans suffered a tough loss(as they like to put it every monday morning when the results are being announced to the school)the boys played hard. We cheered hard. It was an all around good time. NOTE- the fantastic matching shirts. Very much a YAY in my weekend.

Okay so this perfect family(minus dad- Jeff love him) belongs to my amazing cousin Kristen.
I've been super depressed the last couple of days and Kristen has just been so sweet to me. Not only sending me a cookie arrangement but shopping with me at Northpark with all her precious kids:
((Cookies are good Medicine&Ben))
We shopped at Madewell and i got many wonderful things:
something i got:
this amazing dress for fall
something i want:
i would kill for these boots. love at first sight for sure.

after my much needed retail therapy, my Saturday was finished with dinner at Grand Lux accompanied by dear friend. Peyton and i ate so much it was difficult for us to walk afterwords...not kidding.
{side note: lots of schools apparently had Homecoming this weekend because there were millions of groups sitting around us at the restaurant. Let me just say, the dresses now days? WAY.TOO.SHORT people! like really! how old are we? 17? 18? Your dress does not have to be literally up your behind for you to look good at this shindig. When you're getting your HC10 dress this year, do us all a favor, don't get in 2 inches from your buttcheeks...please and thank you}
We somehow made it out and went to my home to watch a few movies. Little did we know, tragic occurrences were soon to come. Flipping through the newest's on iTV, we stumbled upon the movie 'Chloe'. Now from the preview this movie looks pretty normal. Thinking it was a typical scary film, we watched it. This is no NORMAL film people. All i'm going to say is it is strange and should not be viewed by anyone...ever.
To get the weirdness out of our minds, Peyton and I then turned on 'The Crazies'. Much less strange. Just dumb and scary. Pretty good though...
{even with the 'Chloe' situation...Saturday was a YAY}

Not too much to say about Sunday. except the amazing weather that met me when i walked outside.
with a high of 76 and a low of 55. it. was. perfect.

Another hard week coming my way, just trying to keep my head up as best i can.
Love you all forever.
Heath.
